Like the parents of Tucson gunman Jared Loughner, Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh and Columbine High School killers Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris, the parents of accused movie theater shooter James Eagan Holmes have been publicly reviled for raising a murderer.
